Brush and floss teeth thoroughly and brush the inside and outside of your night guard before placing it atop your smile. Do this when taking it out as well, to avoid the accumulation of dental plaque on your teeth and nightly appliance. We may provide you with fluoride rinses or gels, too, if you are prone to dental decay and caries. You should also use a cleanser such as Polident® once a month to keep tour night guard fresh.
